integralとintegration

名詞「integral」と「integration」は日本人学者によってよく混同され、誤用されることが多いです。「integral」は「積分」に当たり、積分法の対象となる量を表し、一方、「integration」は「積分すること*」に相当し、積分を求める操作を意味します。
以下はしばしば見受けられる誤用を例示するものです。
